By Subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services.
We may suspend or terminate your Account or Services if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete or any misuse of our service.
It is solely your responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Use and the other Policies of the Website and Mobile app, to ensure you are up to date with all the terms, conditions, and charges, associated with us. We may alter or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
We are Providing Only Listing service which includes the Contact Details & tiffin/meal servie information provided by them at the time of service provider registration, We do not prepare,sell, manage or control the Food service providers or the related services provided by them. We do not own or provide Tiffin/Meal delivery services.
We are not in any way liable to you, for any loss arising to you from activities of the Food Mess/ Meal Service provider, to Check the quality, reliability, safety or legality of the service provider is the responsibility of the user.
Images shown on our site are for illustration purposes only; our Website and Mobile app may have external links connected to other websites; we are not liable for the information found on those sites, external websites have their own policies.
Any disputes arising out of this website shall be governed by the law, rules and regulations of India. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions and disputes mentioned above shall be the courts located in Nashik (Maharashtra) and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such court.
Tiffin / Meal Service Provider can make payment online or by cheque or cash. Subscription / Listing can be cancelled within 10 days of registration form submission, full refund will be given & amount will be processed to your bank account within 7 days after the cancellation request received; you need to drop a mail to accounts@mymealdabba.com with your Full Name, Contact Number & Bank Details (BRANCH/IFSC CODE/ACCOUNT TYPE)
We collect personal information from you when you use or signup for our Website and Mobile app. We may use the information to improve our services. We will send you SMS, emails about our app/website, new service and other updates.Whenever you make enquiry to any listed service provider on our website or app in such a case your information is shared to that service provider. However we make no representation or warranty as to whether information you transmit to the Site will be intercepted by, or otherwise be received by, an unauthorized third party, and you transmit such information at your own risk. We would not be held liable for any loss of data, technical or otherwise, information supplied by you due to the reasons beyond our control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers.
